SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

 

1. Shipping Method:
We will cooperate with postal service providers to deliver orders to the address specified by you in your order.
 

2. Delivery Time:
Delivery time starts after your order has been successfully confirmed by us via email. The estimated delivery time is about three to seven (3-7) working days, depending on the delivery location requested by the customer.
 

3. Delivery Fee:
The delivery fee will depend on:

  • The location where the customer requests the delivery; and
  • The weight and size of the packaging of the goods in the order.

This shipping fee will be notified to you before we proceed with the delivery.
 

4. Some Notes:

  • We will attempt to deliver the package to the recipient up to three (03) times before notifying that the delivery has failed. Customers will have to bear the cost of a new delivery attempt;
  • The delivery address cannot be changed after you have placed your order, and we are not responsible if you provide an incorrect delivery address.
     

5. Responsibilities of Parties in Delivery:

  • WASHIN is responsible for providing the corresponding Value Added Tax invoice and/or delivery note (if any) when handing over the goods to the shipping unit;
  • The shipping unit is responsible for delivering the intact goods to the customer at the address and phone number provided in the order. The shipping unit allows the customer to check the goods before receiving them;
  • The customer is responsible for checking the goods before receiving them and contacting the HOTLINE: (0251) 3936 021 for support if any issues arise during the receipt of goods.
