INSPECTION, EXCHANGE, RETURN
AND REFUND POLICY
1.INSPECTION POLICY:
To maximize the protection of your rights, we have a policy to support you in inspecting and checking the goods with the delivery staff upon receipt. Specifically:
- Before receiving the goods and/or making payment (for COD orders), you have the right to open the package to check if the goods inside are delivered according to the model and quantity you requested.
- You are allowed to check the external condition of the goods received and compare them with the goods ordered, as detailed in the order sent via email, including: quantity, name, and/or product code.
- The inspection does not include breaking the seal (affecting the seal sticker, packaging) or deep inspection (using the goods).
- After agreeing with the delivered order, you pay the delivery staff (for COD orders) and/or receive the goods.
2 EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY:
2.1. Conditions for Exchange/Return:
- You must provide us with a video recording of the entire process of opening the package and can only exchange or return goods that have not been used, kept in their original condition with the exact quantity and packaging as the initial delivery, along with related documents such as the order, payment invoice, and delivery receipt (if any).
- The exchange or return must fall under one of the following conditions:
- Goods are defective from the manufacturer;
- The external condition of the goods is affected during transportation, such as torn packaging, peeling, broken, or tampered seal;
- Goods are not as per the type, model, quantity, or description you ordered.
2.2. Method of Exchange/Return:
Within ten (10) days from the date you receive the order (based on the confirmation of the shipping unit), please follow these steps to exchange/return the goods:
- Step 1: Contact our sales consultant directly via HOTLINE: (0251) 3936 021 for timely support.
- Step 2: Send the video of the entire process of opening the package and photos to confirm the condition of the product/goods.
- Step 3: After the exchange/return request is accepted, please carefully pack and send the goods via post or other shipping methods to the address provided by the sales consultant.
Please carefully pack the goods to avoid scratches, damage, peeling, or dirt compared to the time of acceptance for exchange/return. If the returned product is damaged, scratched, peeled, or dirty, and differs from the condition at the time of acceptance for exchange/return, we reserve the right to reject your exchange/return request.
3. REFUND POLICY:
We commit to a 100% refund if the goods you receive are not genuine.
Immediately after the returned order is confirmed by us, within seven (07) working days, we will contact you to refund the total amount of the order you have paid.
